Petitioner is judgment debtor and after hearing arguments, submits that as per instructions, the entire balance decretal amount would be paid on or before 31.01.2026. As a gesture thereof, a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- shall be deposited within two days, before the learned Execution Court. 2. He, however, submits that in view of the above, the auction of the property in question be kept in abeyance. 3. The impugned order would reflect that the learned Trial Court, in order to realize the decretal amount, has directed one property to be attached and to be sold by way of auction. 4.
