This appeal is directed against order dated 21.05.2025 passed by Commercial Court, Gorakhpur whereby the application filed by the appellants under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'the Act') against award dated 22.08.2023 has been dismissed as barred by limitation. 2. The present appeal is barred by 13 days. An application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed seeking condonnation of delay in filing the appeal. 3. For the reasons indicated in the application supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The delay in filing the appeal is condoned. 4.
