This appeal, filed on 10.08.2025, is directed against the order dated 10.09.2024 passed by the Commercial Court, Varanasi, whereby the application filed by respondent under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been allowed and interim relief till constitution of Arbitral Tribunal and disposal of the application, to be filed by the respondent, has been granted. 2. Office has reported the appeal as barred by 283 days. 3.
