Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and the limited request in the present petition is to the effect that learned Trial Court may be requested to decide the contempt application, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two weeks. 2. It is submitted that aforesaid contempt application was filed before the learned Trial Court on 27.03.2024. 3. During course of the arguments, learned counsel for petitioner has also apprised that defendants have also challenged the order dated 21.07.2023 whereby the injunction had been granted by the learned Trial Court and FAO is pending adjudication before the learned First Appellate Court. 4. The present petition is disposed with request to learned Trial Court to take up the aforesaid contempt application and to decide the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
