Though the petitioner was concurrently found, by the Detailed Medical Examination1 and Review Medical Examination2, conducted on 23 July 2024 and 27 July 2024 as suffering from “Less Dental Point”, in a parallel selection undertaken by the petitioner for the post of Constable (Driver), he was found, on medical examination, to be free from any disability. 3.
