Petitioner seeks following reliefs: “ a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction thereby directing Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to provide immediate and effective protection to the petitioner against any threats, assaults, or harassment by Respondent No. 4; b) Direct the SHO, PS Mehrauli, to register the petitioner’s complaint and take preventive and punitive action as per law; c) Pass any other or further orders as may be deemed just and necessary in the interest of justice. ” 2.
