At the very outset, Shri Rajesh Tiwari, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State has raised a preliminary objection to the effect that the petitioner as against the impugned order passed under Section 73 of the U.P. Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 has an alternate and efficacious remedy under Section 107 of the U.P. Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This fact is not disputed by learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3. At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy as prescribed under law. 4.
