This petition is directed against the order dated 17.02.2024 passed by the Licensing Authority, Prayagraj whereby the Beer License granted to the petitioner for the year 2023-24, has been cancelled and his license fees and security deposit has been forfeited. 2. Counsel for the petitioner attempted to make submissions pertaining to the merits of the order passed, however, it is seen that the order impugned is open to appeal under Section 11 of the UP Excise Act, 1910. 3. In view of the above fact situation, wherein the order is appealable and no reason is indicated for bypassing the remedy, no case for entertaining the petition is made out.
