This petition is directed against the order dated 27.04.2024 passed by the respondent no. 2 under Section 73 of the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 ('the Act') creating a demand of Rs. 6,55,370/-. 2. Submissions have been made that notice under Section 61 was issued to the petition, to which no response was filed whereafter notice under Section 73 of the Act was issued to which a reply was filed, wherein comparison chart was produced, however, despite the reply filed and the documents, the order dated 27.04.2024 has been passed raising demand.
