This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to approve the boundaries of Country Liquor Shop- Baratha, District Jhansi. 2. Submissions have been made that application dated 05.04.2025 made by the petitioner is pending before the District Excise Officer, Jhansi and despite passage of sufficient time, the same has not been decided. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the authority would decide the same with expedition. 4. In view of above facts situation, the District Excise Officer, Jhansi/ District Magistrate, Jhansi, whoever has the jurisdiction on the subject matter, would decide the pending application made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
