This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the recovery certificate dated 15.09.2021 issued by the respondents in relation to the road tax of the vehicle in question. 2. Submission has been made that the petitioner had purchased a vehicle in the year 2009 with the aid and assistance of Sri Ram Transport Financial Company Ltd. On 21.10.2019, on account of incomplete documents, the aforesaid vehicle of the petitioner was seized by the police authority P.S. Dheena, District Chandauli, which was later released on 17.10.2020 after the order of Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli. Thereafter on 18.05.2022, The Finance Company has forcibly and illegally taken away the vehicle of the petitioner. However, on 15.09.2021, respondent no. 2, Tehsildar Sadar issued impugned recovery certificate dated 15.09.2021 demanding Rs. 1,44,294/- towards road tax. It is
