Submissions have been made that pursuant to the exercise undertaken by the respondents pursuant to the Government Order dated 06.02.2025, the petitioner has been allotted shop in question. It is sought to be indicated that though he has complied with the requirements, he has not been issued the license. 3. The petition has been filed on 24.03.2025. Admittedly, the excise year starts from 01.04.2025 and the petitioner is running his shop.
