This petition has been filed against order dated 28.10.2024 passed by District Magistrate, Jhansi in Case No. 3080 of 2024 under Section 72 of the U.P. Excise Act, 1910 ('the Act'). 2. The order impugned is appealable under the provisions of Section 72(7) of the Act, which remedy has not been availed by the petitioner. 3. Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy. 4. In view of the submissions made, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
