This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the inaction of the District Collector in deciding the application filed by his father seeking to add the petitioner as co-licensee of 'Tari' licence. 2. Submissions have been made that as the father of the petitioner is not in an appropriate physical condition to run the shop in question and the shop is being looked after by the petitioner, application has been made by the father of the petitioner seeking to add the petitioner as co-licensee. The application remains pending with the competent authority, however, the same has not been decided so far and, therefore, the respondents be directed to decide the same in accordance with law. 3.
