This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the notice dated 03.03.2025, issued by the District Excise Officer, Jaunpur, inter alia, on account of the failure to lift goods to the extent of Minimum Guarantee Ratio ('MGR') for the month of February, 2025. 2. Learned A.A.G., on instructions, submits that the petitioner has lifted the required goods in relation to the MGR for the month of February, 2025 in the month of March, 2025 and that presently, no action is contemplated against the petitioner. 3. In view of the submissions made, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
