This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition supported with an affidavit. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has stated that during the pendency of this writ petition some developments have taken place for which it is necessary to withdraw the petition as not pressed with a liberty to institute the same afresh by incorporating the relevant facts in the case. 4.
