Upon perusal of the record, it is clear that notice under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has been issued by the bank authorities. 2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is submitting that payments have been made by him and in spite of the same the account has been made into an non-performing asset. 3. In our view, this matter is not maintainable before the writ court and the petitioners having an alternative remedy of approaching the Debt Recovery Tribunal, are required to be relegated to the same. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal for redressal of their grievances.
