The petitioner has submitted an application for issuance of a passport on 19.11.2024 as is mentioned in para no.5 of the writ petition as he has to go abroad for Haj but the same is not being considered on account of pendency of criminal case against him details of which has been mentioned in para no.7 and 8 of the petition. The criminal case bears Case Crime No.132 of 1976 which has been lodged under Sections-379 I.P.C. P.S.-Kotwali Nagar, District-Balrampur.
