Revenue Code, 2006 are already pending before the competent revenue court. The grievance raised in the present writ petition that some false reports are being submitted by the Lekhpal, such a grievance is open to be looked into by the court concerned before which the proceedings are pending. The petitioner may make an appropriate application before the court concerned in case he is aggrieved by any such report and the application so filed shall be dealt with by the court concerned expeditiously in accordance with law. The writ petition with the aforesaid observation is disposed of. .
