By means of this petition, a prayer has been made to direct the District Magistrate, Lucknow to execute the recovery certificate dated 05.11.2024 issued by the Secretary, U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority for recovery of the amount of Rs.23,15,526/- from respondent no.4. 3. It has categorically been stated by the petitioner that no appeal has been filed against the order dated 23.03.2023 passed by the U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, pursuant to which recovery certificate dated 05.11.2024 was issued. 4.
