The petitioner as against the measures taken under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 has an alternative remedy under Section 17 of the Act itself especially as the possession of the secured asset has been assumed by the Bank. 3. Hence, we decline to entertain the present writ petition leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the DRT for the redressal of his cause. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
