The name of the petitioner is not entered in the revenue records, thus, any protection sought with respect to the gata numbers as mentioned in the prayer appears to be premature. At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to initiate appropriate proceedings for mutation. 3. The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy in law, however, we make it clear that the Nagar Panchayat shall confine the development/beautification of pond within the limits of the pond area and not beyond.
