By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus directing the Prabhari Adhikari of the Postmortem House, Unnao and the police station Bihar, District Unnao to correct the name of the deceased in the postmortem report. The deceased is alleged to be legally wedded wife of the petitioner whose name in the FIR was mentioned as Vidya Devi. 3. In order to ascertain as to whether Vidya Devi and Ram Dulari are one and the same person, it is open to the investigating officer to carry out necessary exercise for the purpose while looking into the various aspects of the matter. 4.
