By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, Sri Umesh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 submitted that petitioner no. 2 is already married person and this is his second marriage and as such, petitioners are not entitled to get any relief. 4.
