The dispute raised in the writ petition is in the nature of a civil dispute between the petitioners and opposite parties no. 7 to 11. 2. The petitioner has already instituted a civil suit which is pending before the civil court. It is submitted that an order of the status quo has been passed in the pending suit. 3. That being the position, the petitioners have a remedy of instituting contempt proceedings under Order XXXIX Rule 2-A CPC and the writ petition for the same relief is not maintainable. 4. Leaving it open to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy available to them under law, the present writ petition being misconceived is dismissed. 5.
