Present petition has been filed primarily seeking to quash the electricity bill from 10.11.2024 to 06.12.2024 issued by respondent no.5 against the petitioner for payment of a sum of Rs.1,51,082/-, and also, the respondent authority may be directed to correct the aforesaid electricity bill. Further, a prayer has been made to decide the representation dated 13.11.2024 within a stipulated time period. 3. There is dispute with regard to the amount of the bill raised by the petitioner. In light of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner may file an application under Clause 6.5 of the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Supply Code, 2005.
