This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent authority in deciding the representation dated 19.01.2024 filed by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising her grievances the petitioner has filed the aforesaid representation before the respondent authority, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.3 should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner. 5.
