Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Sri Udit Chandra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 & 3. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated December 3, 20224 passed by the respondent No.3/Executive Engineer, Vidhyut Vitran Khan, PVVNL, Jamaniya, Ghazipur. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the against the order impugned herein, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"). 4. Upon hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, we are of the view that the petitioner should file an appeal before the authority concerned, who may d
