Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 4. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in deciding the representation dated February 22, 2025 filed by them. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioners have filed the aforesaid representation before the respondent authority, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.3 should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners. 5
