This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents authority in deciding the application dated April 20, 2024 filed by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the aforesaid application before the respondent authority, however the same has not yet been decided. 4.
