This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated November 12, 2023 passed by the respondent No.5/Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, Moradabad rejecting the application filed for issuance of the caste certificate. 3.
