The instant recall application has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3 to recall the order dated 06.01.2025 passed by this Court by which the Writ-B No. 4836 of 2024 under Section 48(1) of the U.P.C.H. Act has already been decided directing the revisional Court to decide the pending revision within two months. 2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submitted that revisional Court has decided the pending revision. 3. Considering the facts that Revision No. 106 of 2024 had already been decided by Deputy Director of Consolidation no case for recalling the order dated 06.01.2025 is made out. 4.
