By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the order passed by competent authority dated 13.10.2014 whereby petitioner has been awarded censure entry despite explanation offered by him to the show cause notice. It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner had submitted a detailed reply to the show cause notice dated 16.5.2014 on 6.6.2014, which ran into as many as nine paragraphs and there is no whisper in the entire order passed by the disciplinary authority qua any single paragraph of the explanation offered by the petitioner. It is submitted that both the appellate authority and the authority sitting in revision have manifestly erred in affirming the order passed by the disc
