By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the claim of the petitioner for family pension as her husband, who was receiving pension, died after retirement in the year 2023. It appears from the records that in the above regard petitioner has already moved a representation on 30.01.2024 which is still pending. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before respondent no. 3 within a period of four we
