By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the rejection of his candidature on the ground that he having 216 marks in the SC category male stood better to the last cutoff of selected candidate being only 196.17614 marks. Upon pointed query being made, learned counsel for the petitioner could not demonstrate as to how he could come to know that he has obtained 216 marks. Besides this, petitioner has also not filed any document to show that he ever applied before respondent to know exact marks that he has obtained in the examination held. In such circumstances, therefore, I do not find there to be any good ground to interfere with the selection which has already taken place.
