By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants a direction to the Director General,Medical and Health Services,U.P., Lucknow to examine the complaint regarding pay fixation of the petitioner regarding the enquiry which is entrusted for by the Director General to the Special Secretary of Government of U.P., Lucknow Medical Department regarding pay fixation of the petitioner as the petitioner has raised objection regarding his pay fixation.
