By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned the chargesheet dated 23.01.2025 served upon him in instituting disciplinary proceedings raising the plea of malafides. 3. It is next submitted that previously the petitioner had challenged the order of suspension which had been stayed vide order dated 23.09.2024 passed in Writ A No.13992 of 2024. 4. From the perusal of the order of stay, it clearly transpires that the Court had let it open for the respondents to proceed with enquiry which would be brought to its logical end in accordance with law.
