By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner wants a direction to be issued to respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner for transfer to Uttarakhand from Meerut. 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner's application has already been forwarded by the Superintendent of Police, Shamli wayback on 24.11.2017 but nothing further transpired in the matter. 4. In such circumstances, I dispose of this petition with direction to the petitioner to move a fresh application annexing therewith copy of the representation made in her favour on 24.11.2017 alongwith certified copy of this order before respondent no.2 within four weeks from today and in the event such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of within a period of six weeks by means of reasoned and speaking order
