Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application for the post of Anganbadi worker is pending consideration before the respondents and because of certain discrepancy in his application form, he has moved a representation to consider the candidature as the relevant documents annexed alongwith the form are genuine and petitioner deserves consideration. 2. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that since the selection process is underway it shall be brought to its logical end following the procedure prescribed for provided the petitioner files a fresh application/representation before respondent no.4. 3. In the given facts and circumstances, I dispose of this petition with direction to the petitioner to move a representation before respondent no.4 within a period of two weeks which shall be taken into consideration while the selection progresses against the post of anganbadi worker and is final
