By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for re-typing test to be held for the reason that the keyboard that was provided was not working. 3. Counsel for High Court submits that committee has already taken decision and has dismissed all such applications after getting report from National Testing Agency. 4. In such above view of the matter I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. 5. Petition is consigned to records.
