Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has challenged the trnasfer order dated 22.03.2025 as well as consequential relieving order dated 24.03.2025. 3. It is contended on behalf of petitioner that there is serious personal hardship and certain medical papers have also been annexed with regard to the treatment of one year old son at Delhi and, therefore, it would be difficult now to get the child treated at Delhi when he is transferred from Bulandshahar to Sonbhadra. 4. In the given facts and circumstances, when the petitioner has already stood relieved vide order dated 24.03.2025 pursuant to the order of transfer, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter.
