By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has challenged the order dated 28.03.2025 whereby he has been directed to immediately vacate the accommodation allotted to him on account of attachment posting during Mahakumbh Mela at Prayagraj. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that since the petitioner has not been relieved and continues to be attached at Prayagraj he may not be forced to vacate the official accommodation, however, he gives and undertaking that he will be vacating the official accommodation within a maximum period of 30 days in the event he stands relieved. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in matter which is taken on record and a copy thereof is also supplied to learned counsel for petitioner. 5.
