Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following substantitial relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondents to given appointment on suitable post after completion of the training as apprenticeship to the petitioner and given apprenticeship on the post of Pump operator- cum-mechanic" 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation dated 25.07.2018 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation and the same is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5.
