Petitioner claims to have been given charge of the Ziladar in officiating capacity yet allowances as admissible have not been paid to him. He has drawn the attention of the Court to the order passed by the Executive Engineer, Nalkoop Division, Hamirpur dated 01.02.2025. 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation for claiming allowances as admissible to the Ziledar on 04.03.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5.
