Petitioners are aggrieved for non-consideration of candidature of petitioners and want that his NOC ought to have been considered and they should have been directed for physical standard test. Learned Standing Counsel submits that now the selection process has come to an end and final select list has been declared/ published by the Recruitment Board. In such above view of the matter when the petitioner themselves choose not to approach this Court prior to the select list being published, I do not find any justification to entertain this petition at this stage.
