Heard Shri Shyam Bahadur, learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has submitted that he having obtained 215 marks in the general category ought to have been selected as the last cut off in the EWS category has been much less, however, nothing has been disclosed in any of the paragraphs as to what was the last cut off marks obtained in the EWS General Category. 3. It is a well settled principle of pleadings that for instituting a cause of action specific avernment must come and having not disclosed the last cut off, marks the petitioner himself was not sure as to how he has come up to make an allegation that his candidature has been wrongly rejected for the purposes of selection in the Constable examination, 2023 even though he scored 215 marks. 4.
