By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has approached this Court for the reason that she has not been able to submit her graduation degree for consideration of her candidature for the post of Anganbadi Worker. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the minimum academic qualification required for the purposes of selection and appointment on the post of Anganbadi Worker is only intermediate and submits that this Court has already passed order in Writ A No.3371 of 2025, copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure-8 to the petitioner. 4. Since the petitioner is also applicant against the post of Anganbadi Worder and submits that she may not have been placed in the merit list on account of non-furnishing of the graduation marksheet, I consider it appropriate to dispose of this petition in the light of
