Issue a writ, order or direction of a suitable nature commanding the respondent to sanction pension to the petitioner and pay the same, regularly, every month including arrears of pension from 16.10.2024, till date along with interest at such penal rate as may be specified by this Hon'ble Court within a period to be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
