The present writ petition is directed against the judgement/order rendered by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow Bench Lucknow in Original Application No.301 of 2014 decided on 11.02.2025 whereby challenge to the order of compulsory retirement passed against the petitioner under Rule-19 of CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965 has been turned down. 3. Briefly stated the facts of the case are that the petitioner was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment in S.T.No.57 of 2011 arising out of Case Crime No.945 of 2009 under Sections 323, 504, 506 and 308 IPC at P.S. Maharajganj District Faizabad. 4. The conviction and sentence inflicted upon the petitioner gave rise to the discipl
