By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner prays for a writ of mandamus to the respondents to release the leave salary of the petitioner to which he is entitled in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard petitioner has made representation before the competent authority on 20.12.2023. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event direction is issued to the concerned respondent no.2 to dispose of the claim of the petitioner provided petitioner makes a fresh representation in accordance with law. 5.
